Unless otherwise intended after the repeal or inaction of the State Courts Abolition Ordinance, 2016, such repeal or inaction shall—
(a) does not give rise to anything that was not maintained while it was terminated or inactive, or
(b) does not affect the matter in operation in accordance with the Ordinance so repealed or inoperative, or any work done or suffered before the passage thereof, or

(c) obtained in accordance with the Ordinance so repealed or inoperative , does not affect any right, benefit, duty or obligation acquired or enjoyed, or
(d) does not affect the punishment or forfeiture of any offense committed against an ordinance so repealed or inoperative, or
(e) Any investigation done in relation to any such right, facility, duty, liability, penalty, punishment, confiscation shall not affect any legal action or remedy and to initiate, continue any such investigation, legal action or remedy while the said Ordinance is in force. or can be turned on and such penalty will be imposed or confiscation.
